Accepting these terms

By using sarvavardhanam.com ("the website"), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

"We" and "us" mean Sarvavardhanam Foundation, a non-profit organisation based in Sadalga, Chikodi, Karnataka, with offices in Sangli and Kolhapur, Maharashtra.

About this website

The website describes our mission, programmes and ways to get involved. Some programmes, such as personalised education and telehealth, are upcoming and may change or be offered in limited areas. Content marked "coming soon" is not yet available.

Using the website

Please use the website lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

  • Submit false or misleading information, or someone else's information without their permission.
  • Try to disrupt the website or gain unauthorised access to its systems.
  • Collect content or personal data from the website by automated means.
  • Use it to harass, defame or discriminate against anyone, or to promote anything unlawful.

We want the website to work for everyone. If you face an accessibility barrier, write to info@sarvavardhanam.org and we will help.

Requesting support

In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital. Do not use our forms for emergencies.

  • Submitting a request does not guarantee support. We assess eligibility, need and available resources.
  • Please give accurate, complete information. We may ask for documents, and may decline or withdraw support if information is false.
  • Requests for a child must come from a parent or lawful guardian.
  • Information on this website is general. It is not medical, therapeutic, legal or educational advice, so consult a qualified professional about an individual child.

Volunteers and careers

Applying to volunteer or for a position does not create an employment or engagement relationship. Volunteers are unpaid unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Because we work with children, we may check references and identity, and everyone who joins us must follow our child-safeguarding and conduct requirements. Send job applications to careers@sarvavardhanam.org.

Donations

80G No. ABPCS3385RF20251
PAN ABPCS3385R. Eligible donations receive a receipt.

  • Donations are voluntary and generally not refundable, except where a payment was made in error or the law requires a refund. Write to us promptly if you think there was an error.
  • We use donations for our mission of supporting children with disabilities. If a donation was given for a specific purpose we can no longer carry out, we may use it for a similar purpose.
  • Whether you can claim a deduction, and how much, depends on the Income Tax Act, 1961 and your own tax position. Please consult a tax adviser.
  • For an 80G receipt we need your name, address and PAN, which we handle under our Privacy Policy.
  • We are registered to receive CSR funding. Corporate partners should contact us before making a CSR contribution.

Communications

When you give us your contact details, we may contact you by WhatsApp, email, SMS or phone about your request, donation, 80G receipt and our programmes. You can opt out of updates at any time by writing to info@sarvavardhanam.org. We may still send messages needed to complete a request or meet a legal duty.

Content and ownership

The text, logo, design and other content on the website belong to Sarvavardhanam Foundation or its licensors. You may share pages and quote short passages for non-commercial, awareness-raising purposes if you credit us. Any other use needs our written permission.

Photos, names and stories of children and families are shown with consent. Please do not copy or reuse them. When you send us a message or testimonial, you allow us to use it to respond to you. We publish it only with your permission.

Third-party links

The website links to other sites, including our LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers and liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always up to date. To the extent the law allows, Sarvavardhanam Foundation is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Belagavi, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any right you have by law to approach another forum.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
